 Installation of Filter Bags and Cages
Before installing , the tube sheet must be checked to ensure that it is clean, and no sharp edges or debris that could eventually fall into the filter bags.
The filter bags fitting can be handled manually.
Before lowering the cages into the filter bags, tube sheet or heavy cardboard should be placed over the bags to protect the filter bags and prevent them being stepped on. If the bags are stepped on they can loose the seal and cause dust emissions at a later date.
If the vertical wires break, we have to reweld them and guarantee that there are no sharps.

 Checking with phosphor powder before operating bag house:
We will do further leak-checking with phosphor powder after installing bags and cages to find whether it is leaking or not. If it does leak, we have to settle it drastically before operating the bag house, otherwise it will shorten the bag's lifetime. |
